These draft terms cover use of the Daiya’s brand and trade enquiry website. They should be reviewed and approved by Daiya Agro Industries Private Limited before publication.
Website purpose
This website provides general information about Daiya’s and a way to begin retailer, wholesaler and distributor enquiries. It is not an online store. Sending an enquiry does not itself create an order, guarantee product availability or establish agreed commercial terms.
Product and pack information
Product names, packaging formats, availability and descriptions are presented for general information and enquiry purposes. Pack images on this version may be temporary illustrations or campaign frames rather than photographs of the exact SKU. Confirm the actual product, net quantity, pricing, availability, regulatory label and commercial terms directly with Daiya before making a purchase or resale decision.
Product claims and compliance information
Quality statements, process descriptions, certifications, licences, nutritional information and other regulated claims should be relied upon only when confirmed in current product documentation and approved for publication. Nothing on this site should be read as medical advice or as a substitute for the information on the actual product label.
