Privacy Notice
This notice describes how information may be handled when you browse the Daiya’s website or start a business enquiry. It should be checked against Daiya Agro Industries Private Limited’s actual practices before final publication.
Information included in a business enquiry
The current website form can put the following details into the draft: business type, business name if entered, city or district, product interest and any pack enquiry selected on the page. Please do not include information that is unnecessary for a trade enquiry. You can edit the draft before sending it.
How this website handles submissions
The current website version does not send the form to a Daiya-operated backend or save enquiries in a website database. It opens WhatsApp with a draft for you to review. If you send it, Daiya will receive the information in that conversation and handle it for business follow-up. If you contact Daiya by phone or email instead, your chosen communications provider will process that communication.
Third-party services and technical data
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve those resources, which can expose technical request information such as your IP address and browser details to that service. The website is hosted separately; hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request and security logs. Third-party services operate under their own notices and terms.
Cookies and analytics
No custom analytics or advertising script is intentionally included in this redesign. This statement must be revisited if analytics, advertising, embedded media, chat tools or other third-party scripts are added later. Browser, hosting and third-party behavior may differ from the website’s own code.
Retention, access and questions
The current static website does not retain form submissions. Messages that you choose to send may be retained in WhatsApp and Daiya’s business communications according to the relevant providers’ systems and Daiya’s own operational and legal requirements. Changes
This notice should be updated whenever the enquiry workflow, hosting, analytics or data-handling practices change. The date and legal review process should be confirmed before the notice is treated as the company’s approved policy.
